Abstract Submission

The abstract submission system will open by April 10, 2026.

All abstracts must be formally submitted via the online abstract submission system. Abstracts submitted via email will not be considered.

The same presenting author can submit a maximum of 2 abstracts included in one registration fee.

Notification of acceptance (oral or poster presentation) will be sent by June 30, 2026

August 10, 2026

All presenting authors must register for the conference by August 10, 2026.

Abstract information

Language: English only.
Topic: Authors must select one of the conference topics as the reference topic for their abstract.
Length (excluding title): Maximum 3,500 characters, including spaces.
Abstract structure (excluding title):

  • Body text
  • Acknowledgments
  • References (optional)

References: References should be listed in alphabetical order, as shown in the following example:

Authors: The full list of authors must be provided, including their affiliations. The presenting author must be clearly indicated (first name, last name, country, and email address).
Attachments: Images or other documents cannot be uploaded.

Notification of Acceptance

The Presenting Author of each abstract accepted will be notified by email by June 30th.
If the Presenting Author is unable to present the abstract, a co-author can take his/her place.

Type of presentation

Upon submission, authors may indicate their preference for either an Oral Presentation or a Poster.
However, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee after the review process of all submitted abstracts.

Registration for the Conference

All presenting authors must register for the conference by August 10th.
