The registration fee includes:

Catering services during the conference (welcome cocktail, coffee breaks and lunches)
Gala dinner
on September 11
Guided city tour in Bologna on the afternoon of September 12
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
- The online registration system will be available from April 15, 2026.
- Deadline for EARLY BIRD registration is July 15, 2026.
- All attendees must register by August 28, 2026.
- Registrations received after this date will incur an additional fee of € 50,00.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OBTAINING VISA TO ITALY / EU
It is strongly recommended for each conference attendee, especially all presenting authors, to register as soon as possible.
You do not need to pay the registration fee at the same time. You can pay later.
Once you register, the Local Organizing Committee will be able to issue an invitation letter for you to use at the Italian Consulate or Embassy to obtain your VISA.

Please email the following information to the Conference Secretariat:
- Family name
- Given names
- Date of birth
- Passport number
- Institutional address.
If you are coming with an accompanying person, please provide their information as well.
